Happy GuruPurnima 2020 - Go take a sip of that bliss within....

The Master is everyone's but yet nobody's. Once Swami Rama's disciple said to his master that He was so fortunate to have spent so many years with his master, Bengali Baba, to which Swami Rama disapprovingly answered, "How can one be with someone who has no time for anyone but God?" Meaning, that even though Swami Rama was physically with his master all the time, His master was elsewhere all the time - with the Divine. The Master is nothing different. Those who meet Him soon get to know that He belongs to noone but the Lord himself. Before one can settle into the feeling of 'He is mine', He has already skipped elsewhere catering to someone's need and before they can understand that He cannot be caught under rules and tradition, He has moved elsewhere to the next and before one can make Him settle into the comforts of riches and luxury, He is already in some other place. While he was actively teaching, he was like the wind, moving from one place to the…

All is One

All Masters take birth with just ONE common agenda. To light up an ignorant soul's life with truth and guide it towards light. Each Master has their own way of doing this.

But every Master is not fully understood and there are deviations from what they actually teach and what is understood and followed by each according to their own baggage of karmas and impressions.

But how graceful and patient are the Masters for they do not judge, nor do they look down upon any soul. They look upon every ignorance from a very high perspective that makes them more patient towards all.

But that should not be an excuse for us to remain ignorant and take "advantage" of their unconditional love. We have to do our very bit. What they do for humans is beyond repayment but their love and hard work can be at least acknowledged as a sign of true gratitude. That will come ONLY from understanding and following their teachings to the core.

You cannot even imagine the happiness they derive when a soul fully follows their words and understand life's true purpose. But they never show, never show their disappointments when someone works against goodness or follow their work according to one's own whims and fancies. They also never show their happiness when someone embraces light truly and walks the path. They don't have to be told who does it and how; they simply know.

If you wish to attract their blessings and love, follow their teachings with purest of intentions. They know EVERYTHING. To make their incarnations worth it, they don't need your praise, your letters, your presence, your words, your actions, your assurances, your good deeds, your hard work, your money, your name, your time, your anything. They just need you to embrace light, embrace truth and just be a good human being living life completely and to the fullest. Fullest means living in total contentment and fullest potential and purpose of having taken this birth.

So, it doesn't matter what all you do and what all you don't do as far as we have understood what role you play as humans and how best we contribute towards making each other's life better, and smoother. Your truthfulness and purity impresses them. Impress as not in pride but impress only means a shower of more love and blessings from them. By aligning with purity and truth you align with them, for they are that. And when you align with them, you don't need special prayers or rituals, you simply attract their blessings and energies for now you are aligning with the finest souls on earth. These finest souls, the replicas of God, are the most simplest beings on earth, yet powerful because of their purity.

Live simple. Live pure. Live truthful. That's all it needs to become a disciple. Rest all comes later, and rest is not really important if your life is simple, pure and truthful. If not, then all the methods and ways taught by the masters are important practices. But if those practices do not make you simple, truthful and pure, then reassess. Something is surely wrong somewhere. The sadhnas of the Masters are pure methods to get us out of ignorance and darkness, but if this does not happen it's not in the sadhnas but in our approach towards them or our agendas behind doing those sadhnas or walking the path.

Check intentions for this builds purity. Check the mind's fickleness and cunningness for this builds truthfulness. Check nonattachment and pride for this builds simplicity. Check how anything and everything we do affects others for this builds unconditional qualities. Keeping a check on these is important for growth otherwise it is like bathing in dirty waters, when one every time bathes himself unconsciously with a belief that he is cleaning himself and unconsciously living in the glory of the arrogant feeling of being clean and pure. Hence, conscious awareness at all times is important. It is not by name or fame or actions or knowledge that we become disciples but it is by becoming a speck of that light that the Guru is. By living the true qualities of the Guru. By not having the urge to demonstrate this light to the world but by the very being in light, one's life becomes a demonstration of that speck of light of the Master to the world. Then, that light, pure light, begins enriching the world around 'effortlessly'. That is Jyot Se Jyot Jagao. That is the reflection of the Master. That is the reflection of Light. For me, that's what's being Baba's child.

Divine Love and Light.
