The Master takes us to his Tapobhoomi

Beautiful 3 days spent in the land of Rajasthan with the Master.  Every nook and corner we travelled in Lalsot had posters of the shivir at every locations including taxis and markets. One thing i was surprised with was the heights of hospitality in a world where one thinks of so many excuses or shrinks away to even offer someone a glass of water or tea and here are the Rajasthanis, who go beyond anything to serve their guests. All the while i was thinking that the home next to the venue, where we ate food, was a place arranged by people for us as done in other locations we travel to. To my surprise while we sat on the ground and ate our food in the huge compound of this home, i saw many new people walking into this compound inside which sat ladies of the house making rotis. When people walked in, they were asked to sit, paper plates were laid and food was served immediately. The lady making rotis asked all those seated continuously whether they wanted rotis. If it was a yes, she would

Understanding Attachment

These writings are my own insights and own point of view. Hence, it is closed to any debates or arguments, but am sharing it with the only intention that what i experience and share of life, that be useful in some way atleast to the reader. Hence, if you feel this could help in any way, please read on. We often talk about attachment and detachment, but how far are we experiencing it and living through it. Many agree to it's impending challenges in the birth and death cycle, but are not able to fully be through it or to live it practically. There are many reasons to it. By mere reading or agreeing will not reach to the core of uprooting the root causes of attachments. These understandings have to be allowed to seep deep within and allowed to be experimented in daily life so that they start bearing fruits. Detachment can be understood by living, by often reminding oneself of the temporary status of one's stay on earth as well as of others and our stay with them. Simul

Creating healthy boundaries

Disclaimer: My travels have given me immense opportunities to do sadhna, visit holy people and places, enjoy various cultures and lifestyles, learn the difficulties of life throughout, learn the diversities of spirituality, keenly observe other seekers on various paths and also observe seekers of my own path, meet many “old” connections, in the process observe and learn my own shortcomings, and most of what I write comes from exposure to people and diversities of spirituality and personal experiences I gain from them.  I try to always write only things that spring out of personal experiences because that is what gives me the authority and freedom of expression with confidence.  Whatever I read, if I wish to experience it, I immediately set out and almost all the time there are experiences related to it.  That makes things more convincing and the expressions set forth out of conviction.  Since every individual’s experiences are different, I keep the personal ones to myself and write m

Karma of attachment & rebirth

Note: All  articles are more of personal writings and is written with the only intent of sharing with fellow travelers on the path and in totality reflects the author's personal views only. Just before leaving for another trip, i was just browsing through Facebook and was observing that for the past couple of days the topic on my page has mostly been on detachment, friends being worried about family members, posts being posted on Baba Nityanand's last words before samadhi "Maintain Vairagya (detachment) and Shudh Bhavana (pure intentions)" and also added were the new posts of Babaji's Malaysia shivir on "Art of Ascension" where so many revelations about birth and rebirth was beautifully explained by Babaji. At the same time, there were some posts on my profile page about how animals are reborn among human families and how beautiful our relationships with them are. It spoke of a child whose dog had died and she wrote an innocent letter to God askin
