The Master takes us to his Tapobhoomi

Image
Beautiful 3 days spent in the land of Rajasthan with the Master.  Every nook and corner we travelled in Lalsot had posters of the shivir at every locations including taxis and markets. One thing i was surprised with was the heights of hospitality in a world where one thinks of so many excuses or shrinks away to even offer someone a glass of water or tea and here are the Rajasthanis, who go beyond anything to serve their guests. All the while i was thinking that the home next to the venue, where we ate food, was a place arranged by people for us as done in other locations we travel to. To my surprise while we sat on the ground and ate our food in the huge compound of this home, i saw many new people walking into this compound inside which sat ladies of the house making rotis. When people walked in, they were asked to sit, paper plates were laid and food was served immediately. The lady making rotis asked all those seated continuously whether they wanted rotis. If it was a yes, she would

Create the New World

Image
As the earth is increasing it's vibrations to ascend to a higher dimension, there are simultaneous darker forces creating much havoc, unrest, disease, turmoil, and other negative influences. Humanity and all living beings are being affected in some or the other way during this transition period. External factors and living and social conditions do affect our physical, mental and emotional health. At the same time what is much unknown is that our own condition of mind and body affects everything around us. Man has the power to create what he wants within his own self and that is what he has been doing till date, most of the time unconsciously creating his life with the power of his thoughts.  What is ME today is nothing but a manifestation of MY own bundle of thoughts and emotions. What we see around is nothing a collective manifestation of the collective bundle of thoughts and emotions. We create ourselves. We create the world. Time to (re) create the new world that we desire to

Om Guru Om (Song)

Image
Namah Shivaya.... Today, March 26th is Babaji's birthday, a day which any siddha least bothers about because of the fact that he was never born and he never dies. Even then, this is the day that Baba incarnated on earth for the liberation of so many souls! Baba's  work with his devotees is always silent work, though there is so much communication through the consciousness, which may seldom be realized quickly, due to the struggles of the body, mind, ego formed out of karmic structures. Baba's love and patience with devotees is always cherished in so many forms, and this song is one of the smallest form of that cherishing. i must share that soon after i returned from the Sri Vidya havan in the ashram this month, i returned with lots of things necessary for growth and there was a good amount of release in various forms after that. At the same time there was an expression that seemed to burst forth in my mind in a form of words and as it flowed, i tried to give it a melody

Song for Lord Ayyappa

Swamiye Sharanam Ayyappa! Higher audio/video quality are available in below links To download this audio click here To download this video click here Ayyappa is known as "Hariharan Puthiran" because he is the son of Hari (Vishnu) and Haran (Shiva). His most common name is Manikanta because when the king of Pandalam found him, there was a mani (gem) tied around his neck. The asura princess Mahishi was burning up with anger at the trick the gods had pulled on her brother, the asura king Mahishasura. As Mahishasura was blessed with invulnerability to all men, the gods had sent goddess Durga, to fight and kill him. Thus, Mahishi began performing a fearsome set of austerities, and pleased the creator god Brahma. He granted her the boon of ruling the universe and being invulnerable except to a being that had not been born from a Woman's womb. Since such a person did not exist, she thought she was safe and began conquering and

Gurusthavan Hymn

Image
The Gurusthavan was written by Tulsi Amma, an ardent devotee of Baba Nityananda. It was only due to Tulsi Amma that the teachings of Bade Baba could reach us, as she recorded whenever Baba spoke in trance. A small effort has been made to compose this beautiful hymn all in praise of the Guru along with a video presentation. It is important to note that this hymn has not been written on any person but the " state of nityananda ". Hope you enjoy the melody. Namah Shivaya. To download this audio click here . Also, this is an offering to all sadhaks in love with Babaji and is an attempt to enhance the spirits of sadhaks for some sankirtan of devotion. Since this is a Guru Arati, request to pardon if anything not found up to your expectation. Namah Shivaya. To download this video click here .  To download this audio click here .
